Hey! I'm John, a software engineer from the Philippines 🇵🇭. I mostly work on the front-end but can handle back-end stuff when needed.
I got into coding back in 2018 during my third year of college. Started messing around with web development, got hooked, and landed my first dev job right after graduating in 2019.
Fast forward with 6 years and 5 months later—I've been lucky to work with some great teams and learn a ton along the way. Right now I'm with the Fifty Flowers Dev Team, where we actually follow agile practices that make sense and write code we're not embarrassed to revisit.
Most of my time goes into building products for Fifty Flowers (through DOXA Talent). When I'm not doing that, I'm usually nerding out in tech forums or catching up on whatever new framework thing just dropped.
Outside of code? I play a lot of basketball, hang with family and friends, or ride my motorcycle somewhere new—whether I've got a destination or just seeing where the road goes. I love to travel. 🍃
